My experience having a life coach session with Molly was amazing. I’ve been to therapy for years and me myself I’m a spiritual therapist, but there’s something about having an hour with someone to talk not about traumas but about what you want that’s very special & I would even say necessary.
In my case we did a visualization exercise after some deep questions and contention/ presence from her to make sure I didn’t conform out of fear.
